A. Information You Provide

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, practice/organization name, job title

  • Business details: practice address, NPI (if provided), specialty, payer information (if provided), and other details you submit in messages or forms

  • Communications: information you include in emails, calls, chat messages, or form submissions

B. Information We Collect Automatically (Website Usage)

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect:

C. Sensitive Information / Protected Health Information (PHI)

Docscare is not a healthcare provider. However, when providing RCM Services to provider clients, we may receive or process certain patient information on behalf of a healthcare provider or other covered entity.

If we receive Protected Health Information (PHI) in the course of providing Services, we handle it in accordance with applicable law and our contractual obligations (including Business Associate Agreements, where required).

Important: Please do not submit patient data or PHI through general website contact forms unless we explicitly request it through a secure method.

How We Use Information

  • Improve our Site and Services, including troubleshooting and performance analysis

When Docscare performs services that involve PHI on behalf of a covered entity (such as a healthcare provider), Docscare may act as a Business Associate under HIPAA and will comply with applicable HIPAA requirements and our contractual obligations.

If you are a patient and have questions about how your healthcare provider uses or discloses your medical information, please contact your provider directly. This Privacy Policy primarily applies to information collected through our Site and business interactions, not your provider’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
